Appointments
To ensure you get your desired appointment time, we suggest booking a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that a credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Consultations
We provide complimentary consultations and in-depth skin analyses with one of our expert providers. Our consultations include education about your unique skin, a comprehensive discussion of all available options, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

• A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as for no-shows.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
  
  

Pricing & Prepayments
Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time. Once prepaid, you have up to one (1) year to redeem the purchased service(s). If there are payment issues with a client’s card (e.g., chargebacks, fraud), we reserve the right to require payment in cash for future services.

Returns & Refunds

• Skincare Products: Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

• Services & Prepayments: Services received cannot be refunded. Prepayments are refundable within 10 days of purchase.

• Training Courses: Payments for training courses are non-refundable.

• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  

Child Safety
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that you make other arrangements for children while you are receiving services. An adult must accompany any client under the age of 18.

Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Youth Aesthetics & Wellness and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense that arises out of your use of our services, your interaction with any other user, any violation of this agreement, or any harm to person or property resulting from your acts or omissions.
